Delivery time & shipping costs
Shipping costs
We pack your order with the utmost care, often using recycled material. Our shipping costs also include the packaging materials needed to package the products and tubes or containers (with live animals) as well and safely as possible. We therefore also guarantee that it will appear alive. We ship all packages with track & trace!
Our shipping costs are higher than what we ask you as a customer to pay for shipping. We will pay the difference!

Parcel delivery (DHL)
We dispatch orders placed before 4.30pm the same working day (unless otherwise stated in the shipping options).
Please note: we can never guarantee a delivery time with 100% certainty. In more than 97% of cases, the parcel service delivers the package at the right time, but there can always be an unforeseen delay in shipping, especially around public holidays and holiday periods.
All other countries
Parcel delivery (DHL)
We dispatch orders placed before 4.30pm the same working day (unless otherwise stated in the shipping options). Delivery of orders may take 1-3 working days (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg), or up to 5-7 working days (all other countries).
Please note: we can never guarantee a delivery time with 100% certainty. In more than 97% of cases, the parcel service delivers the package at the right time, but there can always be an unforeseen delay in shipping, especially around public holidays and holiday periods.
For questions
If you have any questions about specific products or larger quantities, please contact us. If you have any complaints, please report them to us immediately. We will respond to emails as quickly as possible, within 1 working day - usually within a few hours.
Service & warranty
We think our service is the most important, if something goes wrong with your order and this is not due to incorrect handling, installation or care, we will do everything we can to resolve the matter for you!
We guarantee that the animals will arrive alive. If it appears on the day of receipt that this is not the case, please contact us immediately. After this first day, the responsibility for the animals' lives passes to the recipient.
An exception to this is the queen ant on which we extend the warranty for up to 2 weeks after receipt. This only applies to correct installation and use of our products. So not in combination with home-made formicaria.
In the event of death, we only provide a guarantee if this is proven by means of a photo of the deceased animal(s) and our written confirmation thereof.
Privacy
Ant's Kingdom respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your information to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. For the rest, we will only use this data with your permission. Mierenboerderij.nl will not sell personal information to third parties and will only use it to process your order.
Antskingdom.com uses the collected data to provide its customers with the following services:
If you place an order, we need your name, email address, delivery address and payment details to process the order and keep you informed of its progress.
If you place an order with Ant's Kingdom, we store the data on a Secure Server.
Data about the use of our site and the feedback we receive from our visitors help us to further develop and improve our site.
If you decide to write a review via Kiyoh.nl or Webwinkel keur, you can choose whether to add your name or other personal information. We are curious about the opinions of our visitors.

Right of return
Although we are not legally obliged to do so (we supply animals/goods that can spoil/age quickly), we still offer the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the order. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@antskingdom.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. For consumers in the EU, it is also possible to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
